My Story
I didn't grow up in the desert. No, I grew up in a very different, harsh climate known as South Eastern Wyoming. Every summer my family would plant a garden, and it quickly became one of my favorite things. Did we every grow a lot? No, but those early years instilled in me the desire to grow the things that end up on my plate. Fast forward to present day when I find myself living in Las Vegas. I knew that while it might not always be easy, I have control over what goes on my plate, and where it comes from. This is my story, how I make that work, sort of, how I strive to live a little more homemade lifestyle in the insane desert of "Sin City."
